Despite stage 4 restrictions being implemented across the state of Victoria, I want to reassure our market that this does not impact Kaizen Recruitment’s ability to continue servicing our clients’ needs and helping candidates achieve their desired career outcomes.

Furthermore, I would like to take the opportunity to thank all our clients for their continued support, as 30 June 2020 was our best year ever in business. This would not have been possible without your ongoing support and we are incredibly grateful.

Kaizen Recruitment implemented a full remote working environment for all staff in March this year, after initial restrictions were implemented. We have adapted to this new working environment and have invested in new technology to support remote working and we remain committed to supporting our clients and candidates during this time.

As a team and business, we are extremely well positioned for the long term during this prolonged uncertainty and I want to reassure you that we stay dedicated to maintaining the highest level of commitment, service and engagement with our clients, candidates and industry.
