Julian has over 15 years Financial Services recruitment experience and specialises in placing candidates into Investment Operations roles within Funds/Wealth Management, Superannuation and Custody.
With a genuine passion for recruitment and a strong work ethic, Julian’s success has been built on developing strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. He always listens to their needs, acts with honesty and integrity and remains responsive throughout the process. By always attempting to make placements which are a perfect technical and cultural fit, he has developed a number of long term clients who he has successfully partnered with across multiple recruitment projects and many candidates who he has assisted several times throughout their career journey.
Outside work, Julian loves playing sport and exploring new travel destinations. He can often be found attempting to fight off old age in the gym, on a run or while dragging himself around the football pitch. With a young and expensive toddler now ruling the household, further travel might have to wait a few years, but Julian can’t wait to take the little one on his next adventure.
