Amanda is a Director at Kaizen Recruitment, bringing over five years of expertise in financial services recruitment. She specialises in Legal, Risk, and Compliance roles across Funds Management, Superannuation, Insurance, Asset Consulting, Banking, and Wealth Management.
Originally from a STEM background in environmental consulting, Amanda also served as a Team Lead at a leading genetics company in Canada before transitioning into recruitment in 2019.
She has completed the Governance Institute of Australia Certificate in Risk Management and has been an active and passionate member of Women in Super and Compliance, Risk and Executive Women (CREW) for nearly five years, regularly engaging with industry events and discussions.

Amanda has earned national recognition, winning the SEEK SARA Award for Consultant of the Year and being a finalist for RCSA’s Recruitment Consultant of the Year. She has also been honored with Sourcr’s National and State Banking & Financial Services Consultant of the Year awards.
Known for her energy and passion for people, Amanda thrives on building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Beyond recruitment, she dedicates her time to volunteering with not-for-profits supporting animals, the environment, and family violence initiatives.
