Frontier engaged Kaizen exclusively to source a consultant to support and advise clients and perform investment and manager research with a focus on debt and alternative investments.

The credit and alternatives asset classes require a very specific skill set. With the growing demand and importance of this asset class in clients’ portfolio, there is a need to draw new perspectives and expertise into this area.

Kaizen has recruited many investment analysts across funds management, asset consulting, industry super funds and investment research houses. At the same time, Kaizen is also actively involved in industry events and is a member of various associations for financial services professionals.
